Order Cancellation
For all order cancellations please contact FSA within 24 hours of placing your order. Any time after this, cancellation will only be available where orders have not yet been processed. Please contact FSA by email at



The majority of our products at FarmShop Australia have specialist shipping requirements.
Zoetis Products and most single Shoof International products will have Shipping calculated at the Checkout.
Multiple Shoof International products will require a Shipping Quote to be provided.

How do I create a new Account?
You have the option to create an account on the checkout page,
when you make your first purchase.

How do I update my Account Details?
Simply login to your account by going to the My Account page and click the edit-account link

I’ve forgotten my password, how do I reset it?
Simply go to the My Account page and click the ‘Lost your password?’ link under the Login button.
Then just add your email address or username and we’ll send you an email with a link to create a new password.

How do I update my details for your Newsletter?
Open any Newsletter sent to you by FarmShop.
Scroll to the bottom of the Newsletter and click the ‘Update Preferences’ link.

How do I unsubscribe from your Newsletter?
Open any Newsletter sent to you by FarmShop.
Scroll to the bottom of the Newsletter and click the ‘Unsubscribe’ link.

We accept Visa Card and MasterCard.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
We offer EFT as a payment option. We will email you our EFT Payment Details on confirmation of your purchase.
We will then await confirmation that your payment has been made before the order will be finalised and shipped.

Online Payments are processed via ANZ eGate a secure offsite payment gateway.

All Credit Card details are taken and handled by ANZ eGate.
