These reusable ABS splints have been designed primarily for correcting flexed pastern (knuckle under) of the calf. They are usually required as a pair due to the knuckling of both front feet but we also supply as a single splint. The splint comes with internal padding and is applied close to ground level to straighten out the pastern joint. It is designed for use on front of leg. The three Velcro straps secure it to the leg. Splint can be washed and reused. Leave in place for two to four weeks adjusting every 2 or 3 days as pastern realigns. Splint is 22cm long, and weighs 70gm.
